I developed the creative strategy and coordinated a small team to deliver an incentive campaign for the Brazilian branch of LG Electronics. The initiative reached over 50,000 salespeople nationwide, distributing more than £100k in monthly points redeemable through our custom marketplace platform.
My role was to define the creative direction, ensuring the campaign was both engaging and aligned with LG’s global brand identity, while also tailoring it to the Brazilian market. By combining clear communication, vibrant visuals, and gamified mechanics, the campaign successfully boosted motivation and strengthened sales performance.
This project showcases my ability to blend strategic creativity with leadership, managing a team to create impactful brand experiences at scale.
